I had a not so good day yesterday. In my definitions of days, there are only good and not so good days. It takes a lot for me to have a bad day.

I have been working out every weekday that I go to work and it has had amazing results. But the most important thing that I learnt is that the mindset plays the biggest role. When you feel like you can't do this any more, but your mind tells you that you can, you can. 

So yesterday someone told me something that was totally unjustifiable. Someone once told me that humans can tolerate pain and hardship, but we cannot tolerate injustice. 

I agree. But there's nothing that can be done about that. Just have to suck it up and live on. 

There will always be people in life trying to bring you down, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I will use this to get up stronger. I believe that anyone that crosses my path and does not cherish it, is suffering a loss :) 

My life motto shall be from now to make everyone that meets me, glad to have met me :)
