Woke up to a plentiful spread for breakfast :)

 I had two servings since the food was really nice :) and all the while enjoying a rather nice view :)

It really looks like the city though, so its not much I guess. Would have been much nicer if there were more greenery and all.

But anyways, off we went for our half day tour to cu chi tunnels. And it was really funny because we, being really noob people, did not know that all we had to do was to wait for the tour guide to fetch us from the hotel and we got totally panicky because we went to all the tour buses and asked where they were going. We even went onto the wrong tour bus and sat there for awhile before realizing it was the wrong one.

It wasn't funny at the time for us  cos we really thought that the tour bus left without us. But when we think back, it really seems rather stupid and funny eh. But thankfully, eventually, the tour guide found us and off we went!

 Honestly there wasn't much to see at the tunnels, it was mostly a history lesson by the tour guide. Not much activities and stuff to see.

In a flash, half the day gone by and we arrived back at our hotel. So we decided to explore more of Vietnam. Once again, finding a cafe to chill :)

This paris cafe in a random corner of the city centre was a really really nice place to chill. We stayed there for really long. Quite a number of tourists came and went, but we were just slacking there till the sun set. The tarts were really nice too. Especially the chocolate one I ordered. It really tasted like royce chocolate with a coating of melted chocolate on the top. Really delicious! My saliva is dripping just thinking about it.

Enough of slacking, we went to walk around summore. Visited the night market that is set up around 7pm.

Not alot, but the things there are not cheap :< 

The pao is really huge as you can see! Was our dinner because we were so full from the tarts! And that concluded day 2 :)
