I finally realized what all the hype about twelve cupcakes is about. I always felt that $3 for a cupcake is way too overpriced for that small little piece of sponge topped with some cream. But today my perception changed drastically. My friend and I were walking around bugis junction and we happened to walk by twelve cupcakes. They have a promotion that starts from 9pm or something like that to clear their remaining stock. So I got 6 cupcakes for $12! :D

Unfortunately, as I always have a habit of moving my hands around, tossing anything and everything on my hand at the moment, this was the state of my cupcakes when I reached home >.< *mental note to kick the bad habit*

Anyways, I started off with the most disfigured red velvet in the middle

Mmmmmm. When I picked up the cupcake, it was so soft my fingers just squashed it. Maybe I'm just too strong hehe. one bite and mmmmm. The red velvet is so soft, with a really slight hint of chocolate  Together with the thick cream cheese, it is really teases your taste buds. First slightly salty, then slightly sweet. YUMMYYY! Simply the best combination ever! REALLY. I SWEAR UPON MY LIFE. BEST RED VELVET I EVER TASTED. It was so good I ended up gobbling it all up in afew minutes.

Next I tried the the cupcake on the extreme left bottom of the box of six. Honestly, even after finishing it, I have no idea what flavour it is. tasted like vanilla butterscotch? I got a pleasant surprise as I sank my teeth into the small delightful cupcake. There were raisins and walnuts? embedded inside! Just like a kid finding out that there is a toy inside kinder surprise hehe. I have no idea what the cream on the top was, but it was really really goooddd. I cannot emphasize enough how twelve cupcakes is the best cupcakes I've ever ate. Definitely going back to buy more soon  :))

This little guy is gonna be my next victim, but he'll survive the night. Better not eat too much in the night, Later I become fat HAHA. Can't wait to taste the classic peanut butter and jelly combination, but on a cupcake! Till then! :)
