Organization X

I have to express my extreme disdain towards a certain organization (kept confidential or I'll probably be writing this in a jailcell) even though i would very very much like to broadcast to the world which organization it is. It might just be the department im in, but it has caused me to dislike the entire organization.

Background:
A colleague and i submitted our resignation 3 days apart but we are leaving on the same day.

One of a kind, it is, for an organization to force employers to treat you so much more nastily after the exit interview. Hypocrites you all are. As seen by the treatment my colleague got before and after the interview.

So much injustice, for a leaving employee to be required to do duties that should be done in a month in 5 days of employment, stating that it is because it was required of staff that left a long time ago, and if we refine the system, it would be unfair to them. The only thing thats unfair for is more work for the people who are staying. And even so, it is two peoples work (colleague and I) split between the remaining 20 odd people. So perhaps thats why you refuse to give us some leeway? I mean logically, if you really want to be calculative, we are here for like a week. So in a month, we have to do phone fpr two days, we are technically only required to do 0.5days.

In addition to that, lying straight to our faces? Not a very smart move since we can provide evidence that you are lying. Telling us that people with backlog are given 1 week to clear their backlog when they were clearly given two weeks. And now you want to give us 2 or 3 days to clear our work? You arent even decent enough to give us a definate answer.

And on top of that you want us to listen two days of phone when we are only here for 5 days. And may i add, that you being our direct supervisor, should have enough responsibility to update us on the the adminstrations. Not wait for us to ask you when we can stop taking on new cases. It is also simply unacceptable that you refuse to approve the leave that i applied for since a week ago, and just keep quiet about everything. I mean we as employees deserve a right to know. And even when we ask you, you refuse to give us an answer because i havnt gone for my exit interview. Talk about being sly. 

So in summary, in my last 5 days in this organization, you want me to pick up the ever ringing phone for 2 days (rotational duty, 2 days per person every month usually), clear all my work during the 2/3 days that i wont be having new cases, and on top of that distribute the cases to the team?

Answer me honestly, would you be able to clear your work if that was required of you?

And it really angers me that there isnt an avenue that all this injustice can be made aware to.

Sounds like a marketing organization.
Can understand how frustrating it was to be with people who are hypocritical yet take all credit.
You're right about not having a formal avenue for such. With experience it will be second nature telling these similar companies from the rest.
